Project Garagem involved the transformation of a former garage into a sleek and modern studio apartment. Although modest in size, the project presented an exciting opportunity to unlock the potential of an underutilised space and create a fully functional home. The existing garage was completely redesigned to incorporate an open-plan kitchen and living area, alongside a separate bathroom, all within a compact footprint. New brickwork and double-glazed openings were introduced to improve both the aesthetics and performance of the property, creating a bright and welcoming environment.

The result is a stylish, self-contained studio that demonstrates how thoughtful design can maximise even the most unexpected spaces.

Originally serving as a closed and underutilised garage, the space lacked both functionality and residential appeal. Through a complete renovation, we reimagined the property as a contemporary studio apartment designed to make the most of its compact footprint.

An open-plan layout was introduced to accommodate a modern kitchen and living area, while a separate bathroom was carefully integrated into the design. New brickwork and double-glazed openings enhanced natural light, energy efficiency, and the overall appearance of the property, creating a bright and welcoming home. The result is a stylish self-contained studio that showcases the impact of smart design and careful space planning.
